500 Million Euro Credit Facility Agreed by mg
Bochum, 9 June 2005 – mg technologies ag has agreed a syndicated 500 million Euro credit facility. The term is five years. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes, minor acquisitions and the repayment of outstanding 139.1 million Euros under mg’s Eurobond. The mandated lead arrangers of the credit facility oversubscribed by 75 percent are BayernLB, Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. The syndicate comprises twenty international banks.
