Competence management is one of the core strategies we have developed. It comprises executive and personnel development, personnel planning and training. The executive development process is a key module of our competence management policy. The process supports managers from the early beginning of their work for the organization to their promotion to the top executive level and provides appropriate tools to further this development.
It is the objective of GEA Group’s executive development program to fill 70 percent of all executive vacancies from company resources. Every employee must of course be his or her prime personnel developer.
