Directors' Dealings
Disclosure of securities transactions in compliance with § 15a of the German Securities Trading Act
Section 15a of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) requires that executive and non-executive directors of publicly traded companies report any of their own company's securities they buy or sell if the value of securities bought or sold within one year exceeds a total of EUR 5.000. Spouses, registered life partners and immediate relatives are also subject to these reporting requirements.
